Booking & Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our website. All bookings are subject to availability, and we recommend scheduling in advance. Weather Policy: If severe weather conditions make cleaning unsafe, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
Pricing, Payments & Cancellation
Pricing
Prices vary based on window size, building height, accessibility, and service type. A detailed quote will be provided before service.
Payments
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers. Payment is due upon completion of service unless a prior agreement is in place. Invoices must be paid within 7 days to avoid late fees.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a fee.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth service, clients must:
- Provide safe and clear access to all windows.
- Remove obstacles, fragile items, and valuables near windows.
- Inform us of pre-existing damages or concerns before service.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in service delays or additional fees.
Liability & Disclaimer
We take extreme care when cleaning your windows, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damages or poorly maintained window frames, seals, or structures. We do not guarantee the removal of stains caused by hard water, mineral buildup, or permanent etching unless additional restoration services are booked. All work is fully insured, and we follow industry safety standards to prevent property damage or accidents.
Safety & Compliance
Our team strictly adheres to OSHA, ANSI, and industry safety regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service if unsafe conditions are identified at the job site.
